On March 5, 2016, Mike Regitz of RegitzMauck PLLC made a presentation on the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act at the 17th Annual Conference of the Texas Aggie Bar Association (TABA) in College Station, Texas. The presentation was entitled “Texas-Style Trade Secrets: Understanding the TUTSA of 2013.”
The TABA Annual Conference brings together Aggie lawyers from around Texas and the country for a weekend of networking, continuing legal education programs, and the TABA Annual Banquet where law school scholarships are awarded and the Distinguished Lawyer Award is presented. Douglas Barlow ’76 was named the 2016 TABA Distinguished Lawyer.
